Honey Mustard Chicken

This was so easy, and J-Dog ate it! I liked it too, but not as much as the kids did.

6 chicken breasts, or 2 lbs. chicken strips
1/2 bottle of Honey Mustard Dressing (I like Newman's lite)
1 family can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 bag baby carrots
1 pkg of onion soup mix
salt and pepper to taste

Mix the dressing, soup and seasonings together and throw them in a crockpot on low for 8 hours; or bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour. The sauce combines to make a gravy and it's pretty tasty served with rice.

This can also be put together ahead of time and frozen in plastic bags. Just thaw, cook and serve.
